Metrics

The Metrics page displays detailed insights into the stream's performance, facilitating real-time monitoring and analysis to ensure efficient data delivery.

Data sent

The Data sent section displays the following values for the stream:

• Total data sent - the amount of data received for the stream.
• Total blocks sent - the number of blocks streamed.
• Total batches sent - the number of batches of blocks streamed.

The Data sent section also displays a graph showing the amount of bytes, blocks, or batches transmitted over the course of the stream. You can change the data displayed using the Bytes, Blocks, or Batches buttons at the top of the graph. Hovering over a point in the graph displays the amount with the date and time.

Errors

The Errors section displays the number of errors encountered during data processing and delivery. This number is also shown on a graph. Hovering over a point in the graph displays the number with the date and time.

Throughput

The Throughput section displays a graph showing the amount of bytes, blocks, or batches transmitted per second over the course of the stream. You can change the data displayed using the Bytes/s, Blocks/s, or Batches/s buttons at the top of the graph. Hovering over a point in the graph displays the amount with the date and time.

Latency

The Latency section displays a graph showing the time that it takes for data to travel from the source to the destination, indicating the delay experienced during data transmission. Lower latency values indicate faster data delivery. You can change the data displayed according to percentile using the 50th, 90th, or 99th buttons at the top of the graph.
